UPS / FedEx Standard Ground
UPS or FedEx Standard Ground is the most popular way to ship most orders and in most cases is the most economical choice for all "routine" shipments. UPS and FedEx standard ground shipments are guaranteed, date-scheduled, cost effective delivery for both commercial and residential shipping. Depending on the miles between the origin and destination of your standard shipment, a day-definite delivery is within 1 to 5 days. Standard ground service is available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. The benefits of choosing UPS or FedEx Standard Ground service is the prompt, dependable, and cost-effective shipping that carries a guaranteed delivery and tracking availability. We do not require signatures for UPS and FedEx standard ground shipments. If you need to add signature requirements to your order, please contact our customer service department.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Standard First Class Shipments via the Post Office are often used for smaller/compact shipments. First Class Shipping charges are based on weight and shape.
Under First Class shipping, the USPS does not offer day-definite delivery. Expect delivery within 2-5 business days depending on the mileage between the origin and destination. USPS does offer "Express - Overnight" (overnight shipping to most locations) and "Priority Mail" (1-3 business days). Please thoroughly inspect your shipment BEFORE signing and accepting delivery.
LTL shipping option is the transportation of relatively small freight but bigger than what UPS and FedEx allow. LTL shipments are shipped using a big truck with 26' to 53' semi-trailers. Transit times vary depending on the LTL carrier used.
You can generally expect an LTL carrier to deliver overnight if the shipments origin is less than 400 miles away. However, with LTL shipments that exceed a "regional" delivery transit, you can expect delivery to take up to 4-5 business days. LTL carriers use break-bulk facilities to combine regional shipments/pallets together to make the load more economical for both the customer and the carrier.
If you have a long driveway, most LTL carriers (since they are driving a big truck and trailer) will not go down driveways so be prepared to have someone meet the truck on the street in front of your home to assist the offload.
Please thoroughly inspect your shipment BEFORE signing and accepting delivery. If you sign for delivery and do not note damage on the bill of lading the driver gives you to sign, we will not be able to file a claim on your behalf.
