This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. Please inspect the package when it arrives to determine if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.

We will accept returns provided an authorization has been given and provided it is an Eligible Item for return. Authorization: Contact us by either e-mail or telephone within seven days of receipt of item(s) if you are requesting a return authorization (RA). Unless previously agreed, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Shipping: Unless previously agreed, the customer is responsible for the shipping expense on returned item(s). Refunds: The Comphy Co. processes refunds within three working days after receipt of the returned item(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RA Eligible Items A. Warranty:

Our guarantee; provided the sheets are laundered in accordance with our recommended laundry instructions and are used for the manner intended, we will, at our option, repair or replace any sheet that fails to be serviceable for 300 washes.
